Will it work on every booster pack?

No. Results vary depending on the set, packaging material, print quality, and manufacturer. Some packs are much easier to inspect than others. The PokeLight™ is designed to maximise visibility, but no flashlight can guarantee results on every single pack.
Is the flashlight rechargeable?
